Credly Hires a Revenue Chief After a Year of Intense Growth

Digital credentialing platform Credly has made the announcement that it has appointed Donna Koppensteiner as its Chief Revenue Officer to fuel its continued growth.

Alongside Koppensteiner, Bailey Showalter is also joining the Credly team as VP of Talent Solutions to continue expanding the company’s talent pool, which has already grown 30% since the onset of 2021.

Koppensteiner will oversee all aspects of the customer journey and leverage her more than 20 years of experience as well as her customer-centric and data-driven approach to growth.

Prior to joining the fast-growing startup, Koppensteiner was the Chief Revenue Officer at Interviewstream and held senior leadership roles at workforce mobility company Motus, Bretford, and Rand McNally.

Credly’s latest hires come as the company has nearly doubled the number of organizations on its network in the past year and achieved new revenue growth and net renewal rates of well over 100% this year.

The startup’s platform, which allows employees and employers to validate skills, is well suited for the remote work era as it allows hiring managers at fast scaling companies to more confidently hire new employees without time-consuming skills assessments.It also allows HR managers to better develop existing employees with digital skills courses
