Ketch Adds Three New Leaders After $23M Series A

After emerging from stealth earlier this year, data privacy and governance platform Ketch has announced three new additions to its executive team.

The startup has selected legal expert Alysa Hutnik as Chief Privacy and Data Security Advisor, sales guru Jim Wangler as Head of Revenue, and Salesforce veteran Michele Davolos as Head of Product Marketing.

As Ketch’s Chief Privacy and Data Security Advisor Hutnik will use her experience with practical privacy compliance and defending companies before regulators to help the company stay on top of privacy pain points and automate compliance tasks as new laws are minted.

Additionally, Head of Revenue Jim Wangler will lean on his experience as VP of Sales at Onfido, where he grew North American Sales 15x over a two year period, to guide Ketch’s revenue growth strategy and expand its global sales team.

Finally, Davolos will lead Ketch’s marketing and business strategies and brings a wealth of experience at Salesforce and Demandware (which was acquired by Salesforce) in various leadership positions in sales, product development, and marketing.

The new execs join a few months after Ketch raised $23 million in a Series A funding round as it seeks to create a reliable way to automate the process of remaining compliant with data regulations.
