Accounting and audit software company, CaseWare, has named David Osborne as its new CEO, and Mike Sabbatis as Chairman of the Board.
Osborne is an industry veteran who has served as CEO for over four years at a personal fitness tracking software company, Virgin Pulse. He has also previously served as COO of Drillinginfo, a data software company focused for the oil and gas industry, and as the Managing Director of Operations for Vista Consulting Group.
“I am both excited and honored to lead our organization into its next stage of growth and digital transformation in the accounting and audit industry,” Osborne said in a statement. “CaseWare has a 32-year history in delivering innovative solutions to solve the complex needs of our audit and accounting customers.”
Sabbatis is the CEO of XCM solutions and was previously a senior advisor to CaseWare. Now, as the Chairman, he will oversee the direction of the board and align shareholder initiatives. He also sits on the Executive Board of computer software company, Doc.it and previously served as Chief Revenue Officer of data analytics to the real estate solutions provider, RealPage.
