CloudBees Appoints Corporate Development and HR Leaders to Accelerate Growth

Enterprise software delivery company CloudBees has appointed Peter Meechan as Chief Corporate Development Officer and Jinny Jun as Chief People Officer.

Meechan, who was the CCDO at Automation Anywhere, and Jun, who joins from Trellia HR Advisory, both bring proven track records in enterprise digital transformation and will use that experience to support the company’s accelerated global growth.

In his new role, Meechan will be in charge of the company’s inorganic growth strategy, strategic partnerships and business development, intellectual property and corporate operations. In a press release, CEO Stephen DeWitt called Meechan’s addition to the company’s c-suite “an important dimension in driving our operational maturity.”

Jun, on the other hand, will optimize the software company’s talent strategy to better attract, develop and retain its employees. She will also lead the company’s diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives. DeWitt added, “Jinny will play a central role in defining our people strategy to ensure that we’re building the strongest, most capable staff and developing our skill sets to meet today's and tomorrow’s needs for our customers.”

The duo follow a growing list of new c-suite executives who have joined the company since the onset of 2021. Over the past year, CloudBees has added a new CEO, CMO, and CISO.
