- Drips Names Client Operations Lead to...
This week, Drips revealed it has added Casey Sylvia to its growing executive team as its VP of Client Operations to further adoption of its AI-powered platform.
The Akron, Ohio-based startup’s solution leverages a proprietary natural language processing model to enable companies to send humanized SMS messages and make scheduled calls to better engage with their audiences.
In her new role, Sylvia will improve client onboarding by customizing approaches based on client segmentation. She will also focus on operational excellence as the company quickly scales — this year Drips forecasts that it will triple its 2019 revenues.
“Casey has a strong track record in high-growth companies, and her arrival comes at the most opportune time for Drips, as we’re experiencing aggressive growth from multiple investments and new clients,” CEO Aaron Christopher “A.C.” Evans said in a press release.
Sylvia joins Drips from SmartAction, a conversational AI virtual agent platform, where she served as Director of Operations. She also spent time as a Senior Program Manager at software startup Eze Software.
She arrives at Drips a month after it announced its latest investment from Accel-KKR. The investment, which was for an undisclosed amount, builds on its seed round from 2018.
