Microsoft

Pamela Maynard has joined Microsoft as their Chief AI Transformation Officer for their Customer and Partner Solutions business. Maynard previously had a long tenure at Avanade, a company that provides digital, cloud, and AI-related services across Microsoft products, where she most recently served as CEO. Maynard will be succeeded by Rodrigo Caserta who served as Avanade’s Global Technology Business Group Lead.

Disney

Disney has hired Adam Smith as its Chief Product and Technology Officer of Disney Entertainment & ESPN, where he will oversee a global Product and Technology group spanning Disney’s entertainment and sports media businesses. Prior to joining Disney, Smith served as Vice President, Product Management at Youtube with a focus on Music and Premium as well as Subscriptions and Commerce.

Outpost

Outpost, an aerospace startup building a return vehicle from space to Earth, has appointed Jamie Landers as their new President. Landers has extensive experience in the aerospace industry with her most notable role being a former director at Lockheed Martin. She was most recently the CEO of J13 Consulting, a consulting firm that aids space technology startups in conceptualizing strategic visions, developing technology and boosting their market.

Happy Money

Ashley Utz has joined Happy Money, a platform and lending solution for personal loans, as their new Chief People Officer. Utz brings a wealth of People experience having served over a decade at TruStage with her most recent role being their Chief People Officer.
