Executive Profile: Vakilsearch Chief Business Officer Niraj Patadiya

Vakilsearch, India's leading online platform for legal, tax, and compliance services, recognizes Chief Business Officer Niraj Patadiya for outstanding leadership and contributions to the company. Patadiya works from Chennai, India and reports to the company’s CEO, Hrishikesh Datar.

In his role at Vakilsearch, Patadiya oversees 12 direct reports who are responsible for bringing in new business and ensuring high-quality service delivery once a sale is made.

He has also helped conceptualize pricing and product offerings for the company’s Bouncing Back and Going Beyond 2020 campaign, which aims to help entrepreneurs set up their businesses during these difficult times by offering an end-to-end legal, tax, and compliance solution.

Patadiya has been with Vakilsearch since 2013. Prior to joining the company, he had unsuccessfully tried to set up his own e-commerce venture. This experience helped him discover the legal & compliance burden for small businesses and realize the pain-points for business owners. Before that he had worked in business development at a French shoe startup, which has gone on to develop the world's first smart insoles for shoes.

Outside of work, Patadiya is an avid follower of soccer and loves playing tennis. He also likes traveling and exploring new cultures.
