The Kraft Heinz Company has nominated Lori Dickerson Fouché to be elected to its Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming annual meeting. Fouché has been nominated to fill the vacancy created by George Zoghbi, who will not seek re-election.

Alongside the announcement of Fouché’s nomination, Kraft Heinz also announced CEO Miguel Patricio has been nominated to fill the seat vacated by Jorge Paulo Lemann.

In a press release, Board Chairman Alexandre Behring said that Fouché’s extensive leadership and extensive financial services experience will be especially valuable and added “We are also thrilled to nominate Miguel Patricio to the Board of Directors, which has full confidence in him, the robust global turnaround he is driving, and the enterprise strategy he has put in place at Kraft Heinz.”

Fouché most recently served as SVP and and Advisor to TIAA’s CEO. Before joining TIAA, she held various executive roles at Prudential Financial and was President and CEO of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. She also served on the board of trustees of Princeton University (her alma mater) and was named one of Fortune Magazine’s “Most Powerful Women.”
