Shutterfly has announced the appointment of Greg Hintz as President of the company's Lifetouch division. Lifetouch is the leader in professional photography for schools which was acquired by Shutterfly in 2018. Hintz was previously Head of Corporate Development at Shutterfly where he managed the integration with Lifetouch.
“I’m thrilled to place such a strong leader in this critical role,” said Ryan O’Hara, president and chief executive officer of Shutterfly. “As an instrumental partner in the transformational acquisition of Lifetouch and having led our integration efforts over the past year, Greg is deeply immersed in the Lifetouch business and culture, and will be poised for a seamless transition. Additionally, Greg is a unique combination of business builder and business leader, both of which are significant to the ongoing growth and success of Lifetouch, and make him the right executive to drive the business forward.”
Prior to his most recent role leading corporate development and ongoing integration efforts at Shutterfly, Hintz spent three years as the GM of the TinyPrints brand. He also spent a year as the GM of Shutterfly Business Solutions, doubling annual revenue in 2015, and served as Shutterfly’s Chief of Staff. Greg holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and currently sits on the board of directors for Family Connections, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational services to low-income families.
