Shopify is about to experience an exodus of veteran executive talent, as Chief Talent Officer Brittany Forsyth, Chief Legal Officer Joe Frasca, and Chief Technology Officer Jean-Michel Lemieux (JML) are expected to part ways with the company. Source | Full Story

Okta hired Steve Dodenhoff as SVP of Worldwide Partners and Alliances. Dodenhoff was most recently President of Insight North America. Source

Lumen appointed Jason Lish as Chief Security Officer. Lush was previously the Chief Security, Privacy and Data Officer at Advisor Group. Source

LeaseLock announced Peter Moore as its new Head of People. Moore was previously the Chief People Officer at Dollar Shave Club. Source

Zscaler named Laura Davis the VP of Public Sector Channels. Davis was formerly the Senior Director at VMware. Source

CareCloud promoted Daniel Masvidal to SVP of Client Success and Dwight Garvin to SVP of Professional Services. Source

Armis named Tim Mackie as its Worldwide VP of Channel. Prior to Armis, Mackie was the VP of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at Recorded Future. Source

GlobalLogic hired Ajit Mahale as VP of Engineering. Prior to joining GlobalLogic Mahale was a VP at Capgemini. Source

Zubie hired Chad Caswell as its new CEO. Prior to Zubie, Caswell was the VP of Technology for Insite Software. Source

Apiiro hired David French as its Chief Revenue Officer. French joined the team from Qualys, where he was EVP of Sales. Source

eShopWorld appointed Martim Avillez Oliveira as Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA and APAC. Avillez was formerly an EVP at Li & Fung. Source

Unisys named Dwayne L. Allen as CTO. Allen was previously at Microsoft where he worked as a digital strategist. Source

Everstream promoted Bill Major to President, Joe Pellegrini to COO and has hired Michael D’Angelo as EVP, Sales. D’Angelo joined the team from GoNetspeed where he served as SVP, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. Source

Bullhorn promoted Matt Fischer to President and COO and hired David Whitley as CTO. Whitley was SVP of Product Development for Applied Systems. Source

Resilience hired Eduard Alpin as Chief Actuary. Alpin was most recently the Director of Cyber Solutions at Verisk Analytics. Source

Solo.io hired Erik Frieberg as CMO and Barry Lieberman as VP of Sales. Frieberg joined Puppet where he served as CMO and Lieberman joined Apigee where he was VP of Business Application Platform Business of Google Cloud. Source
