Facebook's Head of Global Business Marketing and Chief Creative Officer, Mark D’Arcy, is leaving the social media giant after over 10 years of building up the brand’s social media advertising business. Source | Full Story

Coinbase has selected Kate Rouch as the crypto platform's new Chief Marketing Officer. Rouch brings over a decade of marketing experience from Facebook, where she most recently served as the Global Head of Brand and Product Marketing for Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook app, Public Affairs and the Facebook company. Cloudera has revealed that once it is officially acquired by affiliates of CD&R and KKR in the second half of 2021, Kevin Cook will take over as CFO while Cloudera’s current finance chief, Jim Frankola, transitions into a new role as a Strategic Advisor. It also annnounced that its Chief Product Officer, Arun Murthy, has left the company effective immediately. Source | Full Story

Redbox, the entertainment company known for its movie vending kiosks, has tapped Christina Chu as its VP of Technology to speed up the growth of its digital presence. She was previously in charge of launching Fullscreen Media’s first SVOD product. Source | Full Story

ConnectWise introduced Amy Lucia as its new Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to ConnectWise, Lucia served as VP of Corporate Marketing at Blackbaud and spent over a decade at Microsoft. Source

Basware hired Alwin Schauer as Chief Revenue Officer. Schauer joins Basware from Software AG. Source

Bravura Solutions promoted Nick Parsons, COO, to CEO. Source

PagerDuty hired Roshan Kindred as Chief Diversity Officer. Most recently, Kindred was the chief diversity officer and principal at InSeason Development Group. Source

Facedrive announced that the company’s current COO and Director, Suman Pushparajah, will be promoted to the role of CEO. Source

E2open named Kari Janavitz CMO. Janavitz joins E2open from TE Connectivity where she was the CMO. Source

Growing Companies

Databricks, has hired Andy Kofoid to be its President of Global Field Operations. Most recently, he served as the President of North America for Salesforce, where he oversaw over 8000 employees. Source | Full Story

Lordstown Motors has reveled that Daniel Ninivaggi has been appointed CEO and a member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ninivaggi is the former CEO of Icahn Enterprises, Carl Icahn’s sprawling holding company, where he also oversaw Icahn Enterprises’ automotive aftermarket service network and parts distribution businesses. Zayo Group has appointed Ginna Raahauge as Chief Information Officer (CIO). She has previously served as CTO and SVP of Strategy, Architecture and Mergers and Acquisitions for Catholic Health Initiatives and was the VP of IT at Cisco Systems. Source | Full Story

Celonis appointed Professor Wil van der Aalst as Chief Scientist. van der Aalst has previously served as an independent Chief Scientific Advisor to Celonis. Source

Stampli promoted Jeff Zamczyk to Chief Revenue Officer. Zamczyk joined Stampli in 2019 and most recently held the title of VP of Sales and Customer Success. Source

Emerging Companies

Kaloom has announced that it hired Marc Tremblay to serve as its Chief Sales Officer. Before taking on his new challenge at Kaloom, Tremblay was an executive on VMware’s sales team. Source | Full Story

Mason has revealed that CEO Jim Xiao will step aside and allow the company’s President, Nancy Xiao, to take the reins. Jim Xiao will remain at the company he founded as President. Source | Full Story

Banzai has recruited Simon Baumer as its Chief Technology Officer. He most recently worked at Germany’s Verivox, where he led a technology team of over 200 as its VP of Engineering. Source | Full Story

Disc Medicine promoted Will Savage to Chief Medical Officer and Jonathan Yu to Chief Business Officer and hired Hua Yang as VP of Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology and Sarah Tuller as VP of Regulatory Affairs. Source

Scaleway promoted Audrey Pedro to Chief Product Officer. Source

Ekos hired Patrick Milburn as CTO. Milburn was previously the CTO of AMTdirect. Source

Deepcrawl promoted Craig Dunham from COO to CEO. Source

GigaIO hired Eric Oberhofer as VP of North American Sales and Matt Demas as CTO of Global Sales. Most recently, Oberhofer served as VP of Public Sector at Liqid and Demas served as Field CTO at Liqid. Source
