Workplace Tech

Phonexa, a marketing automation platform, promoted Alexey Sidora from Director of Engineering to CTO.

Beeline, a technology solution provider for managing the extended workforce, selected Teresa Creech as Chief Corporate Development Officer. Before joining Beeline, Creech was CEO of TalentWave.

ChurnZero, a customer success company, has hired seasoned technology professional Allison Tiscornia, Sendoso’s former Chief Customer Officer (CCO), as its CCO. Abby Hammer, ChurnZero's former CCO and Head of Product, has been promoted to Chief Product Officer.

Boardable, a platform to manage board documents, meetings and polls, promoted its President, Jeff Middlesworth, to CEO.

Khoros, a digital-first customer engagement software and services provider, promoted Dillon Nugent from VP of Demand Generatio to Chief Marketing Officer.

Crosschq, a human intelligence-based hiring platform, announced that TalentWall co-founder Jo Avent has been named Chief People Officer.

Torch, a people development platform, introduced Heather Conklin as its new COO. Conklin most recently served as the SVP and GM for Trailhead at Salesforce.

Fintech

Paddle, a payments infrastructure provider to SaaS companies, appointed Rob Fletcher as its new Chief Customer Officer, hired Emilie Bierschenk as VP of Global Demand Generation and named Rob Konowalchuk as VP of Risk and Compliance.

MonetaGo, a financial technology solutions provider, appointed Ben Arber as Managing Director of US and Canada. Arber previously spent 24 years at HSBC in various international roles, including as head of the bank’s Canada global trade and receivables finance business.

Vroozi, a digital spend management and AP automation platform, promoted Shaz Khan from Chief Strategy Officer to CEO.

Health Tech

Benchling, a life science data management and collaboration platform, selected Shawna Wolverton as Chief Product Officer and Stuart Kerst as Head of Revenue Operations. Wolverton previously served as Zendesk’s EVP of Product and Kerst managed global field teams at Workday, SAP, HP and SurveyMonkey.

Cellino Biotech, an autonomous cell therapy technology platform company, hired Abhijit Kulkarni as COO and Paulette Dillon as SVP and Chief Business Officer. Prior to joining Cellino, Abhi was the Global VP of Research, Development and Technology for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health and Dillon was the SVP of Corporate Development and Co-Founder of Atreca.

Gale Healthcare Solutions, a leading technology-enabled healthcare services and payments platform, named Robyn Rusignuolo as its Chief Legal Officer. Rusignuolo most recently spent nine years with Modern Business Associates, where served as its Chief Legal Officer and COO.

Congenica, a digital health company, promoted Robert Denison from Chief Information Officer to CEO.

Glassbeam, a pioneer in data and predictive analytics for connected medical machines, hired Jay Soni as its next CFO. Soni most recently served as the CFO at Lumedx Corporation.

EdTech

Degreed, an upskilling platform, announced the acquisition of talent academy platform Learn In and the return of co-founder David Blake as CEO. Blake was previously the co-founder and CEO of Learn In.

Echo360, a SaaS-based video learning platform hired Manoj Rana as CTO. Prior to joining Echo360, Rana was the VP of Engineering at EdCast.

E-Commerce

Rokt, an e-commerce technology company using machine learning to make transactions more relevant for shoppers, named Bill Barton as Chief Product and Engineering Officer, effective June 27, 2022. He joins Rokt with more than 35 years of product and engineering experience at Amazon, Nokia and Microsoft.

Transportation Tech

Harley-Davidson appointed Tralisa Maraj as the CFO for its electric vehicle subsidiary, LiveWire. Maraj formerly served as both CFO and Corporate Secretary for CGX Energy.

Volta, an electric vehicle charging network, appointed Yifan Tang as its CTO. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer and board member at SERES EV.

Logistics Tech

ShipBob, a global omnifulfillment platform, appointed Kamal Sundar as SVP of Supply Chain Strategy. Most recently, he led Amazon’s global organization that utilized near real-time customer data to drive supply chain improvements.

Cybersecurity

Bolster, an automated digital risk protection company, hired Ryan McCurdy as VP of Marketing. Prior to Bolster, McCurdy was the VP of Global Demand Generation at Lacework.

Ascent Solutions, a cybersecurity services company, named Sophanny Schwartz as Managing Director of Human Resources. Schwartz was previously the VP of HR Global Supply Chain, Logistics and Strategic Capital Investments at Schwan's Company.

Censys, a provider of continuous attack surface management, appointed Matthew Hurley as Chief Revenue Officer and Bob Dickinson as CTO. Hurley was previously OneLogin's Chief Revenue Officer and Customer Success Officer and Dickinson was OneLogin's CTO.

Claroty, a security company for cyber-physical systems across industrial, healthcare, and commercial environments, named Heather Young as Regional VP of Public Sector Sales. Young brings experience from IronNet Cybersecurity, Micro Focus Government Solutions, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Zilla Security, a SaaS platform for security and access compliance, recruited Ryan Burke as its Head of Sales. Prior to joining the company, Burke was SVP of Sales at Device42.

Praetorian, a cybersecurity company, appointed Andrew McFarland as COO. Prior to joining Praetorian, he served as the CEO and Chief Customer Officer at iGrafx.

IT

Zapier, a no-code automation company, named Giancarlo 'GC' Lionetti as its first Chief Revenue Officer and Rajiv Krishnarao as its new CFO. Lionetti was most recently Confluent’s Chief Marketing Officer and Krishnarao most recently led finance and strategy at Opendoor.

Bright Machines, an innovator in intelligent, software-defined manufacturing, appointed Wes Kapsa as Chief Revenue Officer. Wes joins Bright Machines from Anaplan, where he was most recently Area VP of North America and Latin America Commercial Accounts.

Internet

Pinterest co-founder Ben Silbermann will step down as CEO. Google commerce boss Bill Ready will replace him.

Glassdoor, an online platform for job seekers, announced Aaron Terrazas has joined the company as Chief Economist. He joins Glassdoor from trucking startup Convoy, where he was Director of Economic Research.

MyPlace, a social network connecting friends so they can share their homes with each other, hired Aaron Zifkin as President and COO. He previously was the Managing Director for Lyft in Canada and the Regional Director of the Americas at Airbnb.

CareRev, a marketplace platform that empowers clinical professionals to take control of their careers, announced Amanda Duke as its first Chief Growth Officer. Prior to joining CareRev, Duke was Regional VP of Growth at Collective Medical.

Connectivity

Rockport Networks, a witchless network innovator, appointed former Cisco and Intel executive Phil Harris as its CEO.

InterDigital, the developer of wireless technologies at the core of mobile devices and networks, hired Rajesh Pankaj as its new CTO, effective July 5, 2022. Pankaj joins InterDigital from Qualcomm where he most recently served as the SVP of Engineering and Head of Corporate R&D.

Proptech

Xeal, a proptech company making EV charging more affordable and accessible for building developers, announced Chris Moreno as its VP of Real Estate and Channel Partnerships. Prior to joining the company, Moreno was an investor and advisor with On Deck, a fund accelerator for the tech industry.

Entrata, an operating system provider for the multifamily industry, hired Mary Jane Isaacs and Natalie Birrell SVPs of Engineering and Eric Zimmerman as SVP of Platform Operations. The company also named Ted Tronson as Principal Intelligence Engineer and Travis Ard as Principal Data Engineer.

Entrata, an operating system provider for the multifamily industry, hired Kimberly Lang as EVP of Product. Prior to Entrata, Lang held leadership positions at Inhabit IQ and CheckAlt.

CoreLogic, a global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, promoted Patrick Dodd from COO and Chief Growth Officer to President and CEO.

AR/VR Tech

Hexagon, a digital reality solutions company, announced Paolo Guglielmini will succeed Ola Rollén as President and CEO on December 31, 2022.

Semiconductor Manufacturers

AMD, a semiconductor producer, hired Mathew Hein as Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Corporate Development. He joins AMD from DBO Partners, where he served as an advisor to AMD.
