Alex Ceballos joins financial technology company Nubank as Chief Corporate Development Officer, Opendoor announced they have hired Raji Subramanian as CTO to scale its technology, tooling and platforms, Yext appoints Raianne Reiss as Chief Marketing Officer.

Consumer Tech

Ride hailing company, Lyft, has promoted Tali Leff to VP, Product Marketing. Leff was previously a Senior Director of Product Marketing and joined Lyft from Linkedin in 2013.

DoorDash, a consumer delivery app, has hired former Amazon employee Nick Siska as VP, Drive (non-restaurants). Siska has experience leading product categories at Amazon where he led Alexa/Echo, Major Appliances, and more.

Industrial Tech

cargo.one, a digital platform for freight forwarders, has hired Adam Cooper as their new General Manager for North America. Cooper has experience leading cargo sales teams for major airlines such as United Airlines.

Elon Musk’s Boring Company, has hired Eileen Johnson as the General Manager for the Vegas Loop. Johnson sits on a number of boards and has held the title of General Manager and President at past companies.

Workplace Tech

BetterUp, a employee learning and development platform, has hired Erika Smith as Area Vice President, Account Management. Smith was previously Director of Commercial Strategy at Bloomberg.

Domo, a business intelligence improvement software, welcomes Wendy Steinle as its new Chief Marketing Officer. She joins from edtech company Degreed where she served as Chief Marketing Officer.

Seismic, a sales enablement analytics platform, has hired ex-Salesforce employee Evan Goldstein as CFO. Goldstein has 20 years of experience at publicly traded companies which includes 11 years at Salesforce.

Information Tech

Dynatrace, a software aimed at helping companies navigate digital transformation, has hired Nicole Fitzpatrick as General Counsel. Fitzpatrick joins from Internet company Akamai Technologies.

Synk, a developer cyber security company, has hired Manoj Nair as Chief Product Officer. Nair was previously the CEO at CloudSphere, a cyber asset management company.

HealthTech

Ventus Therapeutics, a structure based drug design company, hired Robin Weatherhead as VP, Intellectual Property. Weatherhead is a trained PhD Chemist as well as a Lawyer and has experience working on therapeutic patents.

Maven Clinic, a virtual clinic for women’s and family health, has hired Christian Hicks as SVP, Employer Growth. In this role Hicks will be responsible for onboarding new employers to use Maven’s software.

FinTech

Plaid, an API driven financial technology company that allows consumers to connect their accounts with their favorite apps, has hired Tamara Romanek as Head of Partnerships. She joins from Meta, where she was Director, Payments Industry.

Real Estate Tech

Common, an operating platform that designs, leases, and manages multifamily properties, hired Kyle Yeager as VP, Finance. Yeager has over 10 years of FP&A experience across a number of financial services firms.

Internet

Universe, a platform that allows you to build your own websites, has hired Susan Fierro as Head of People. She was previously Chief People Officer at internet company Bigleaf Networks.
