The Farmer's Dog,a dog food company aimed at improving the pet food industry with freshly made ingredients, has hired Ryan Yockey as VP, Engineering. Yockey joins from FabFitFun where he was leading over 50 engineers as Senior Director of Engineering.

Cleo,an app designed to help Gen-Z navigate their financial health, has hired Anita Woods as their new VP of Product. Woods was previously Chief Product Officer at Wefarm, a marketplace for small-scale farmers.

1-800-Flowers,a modern flower delivery and florist service, names Andy Milevoj as SVP of Investor Relations. Milevoj will replace Joe Pititto who will retire on December 31, 2022.

HR Tech

Figures,a Paris based real-time compensation benchmarking application made for start-ups, appoints Blandine Weill as Country Manager of Spain and Portugal. Weill joins from video platform Alchimie where she was Chief Business Officer.

Legal Tech

Contractbook,an automated contract management software for small and medium sized businesses, hired Derek Stangle as VP of Marketing. Stangle joins from workflow automation company Squadle where he held the same title.

SirionLabs, a contract lifecycle management software company, taps Salesforce Veteran Ken Cavallon as Executive Vice President of Technology Alliances & Platform Strategy. Cavallon will report to Founder and CEO Ajay Agrawal.

Real Estate Tech

Lev, a commercial real estate lending marketplace that aims to give access to thousands of lenders to consumers, has hired Priyanka Gupta as Head of People. Gupta was previously the Head of People Operations at product analytics leader Amplitude.

Workplace Tech

Contentful, a content platform for companies powered by API’s and the cloud, has hired Jeremy Goldsmith as VP of Engineering. Goldsmith has previously held senior leadership positions at public companies like Salesforce and private companies such as StackHawk.

DigitalOcean, a developer application that simplifies cloud computing to allow startups to deploy and scale products faster, promoted Cliff Bockard to SVP of Revenue. Bockard was previously the VP of Revenue.

Cognism, an international sales intelligence powered by data, has promoted Brian Aggerbeck to VP of Data. Aggerbeck has been at Cognism since 2021 and was most recently Head of Data Architecture.
