Wendy Thomas is the New CEO of Secureworks

Global cybersecurity firm Secureworks has named Wendy K. Thomas as its new President and CEO, effective as of September 3. She takes over from Michael R. Cote, who has retired.

Global cybersecurity firm Secureworks has named Wendy K. Thomas as its new President and CEO, effective as of September 3. She takes over from Michael R. Cote, who has retired.

Thomas was promoted from her previous role as President of Customer Success and has severed on the company’s Board of Directors since July 2021.

Since Thomas joined Secureworks in 2008 she has held a variety of leadership roles in Finance, Strategy, Product, and Customer Success teams. During her tenure with the firm she has helped lead execute strategic acquisitions as well as the company’s IPO in 2016.

"We're committed to providing the innovation and collaboration needed to beat the adversary on a global scale."
