Jasper Schouten

Jasper Schouten has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Jasper is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of 1-2-Taste BV since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at IFF as the Sales Director Flavors - Middle East from January 2015 to January 2020. Before that, they served as the Operation Manager at IFF China from November 2011 to January 2015, and as the Operation Manager at IFF Egypt from January 2010 to November 2011. Jasper also worked at Cargill, where they held various positions including Business Process Optimization Analyst from August 2007 to January 2010, Plant Manager from July 2005 to August 2007, Process Engineer from November 2004 to June 2005, and Technical Management Trainee from November 2003 to October 2004. Furthermore, they briefly served as an Ambassador for AKVO.org in October 2009.

Jasper Schouten has a diverse educational background in engineering and business. In 1996, they completed their Propedeuse in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter. From 1997 to 2003, Jasper pursued their degree in Food Engineering at Wageningen University & Research, earning the title of Ingenieur (Ir.). Most recently, in 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management where they participated in a Digital Business Strategy program.
