Derek Gardiner

Derek Gardiner is a skilled graphic designer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Utah. Currently serving as a graphic designer at 1-800 CONTACTS since May 2023, Derek has diverse experience, including roles as a freelance graphic designer and graphic and packaging designer at My Medic from June 2022 to June 2023. Previous experience includes positions at Blomquist Hale Solutions as a graphic designer, and as a graphic design student fellow at Sorenson Impact. Derek began professional development in graphic design during an internship at Trolley Square from March 2020 to June 2021, and earlier held various roles at Lagoon Amusement Park, showcasing strong leadership and teamwork skills.
