Daniel Cauley

Daniel Cauley serves as the Vice President of Growth & Corporate Development at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., where responsibilities include leading initiatives across performance marketing, analytics, logistics, finance, and M&A. Previously, in the role of Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, Daniel supported enterprise strategy and guided numerous corporate development projects. Prior to 1-800-FLOWERS, Daniel gained experience as a Restructuring and Turnaround Advisor at Zolfo Cooper, advising companies in distressed situations, and as a Finance Manager for Emerging Businesses at IAC, partnering with leaders to drive growth and profitability. Earlier roles included Assistant Corporate Controller at Vendome Group and Management Consultant at PwC, with a focus on strategy implementation and process improvement. Daniel holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Indiana University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
