Douglas Levine

Douglas Levine is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. since March 2022, Douglas previously held senior HR positions at Beauty by Imagination as Senior Director, and at Ross Stores, Inc. as Director. Douglas's career at New York & Company spanned seven years, during which responsibilities included HR partnership across several departments and guiding EVPs on critical talent decisions. Douglas's background also includes legal experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney and Litigation Attorney at various law firms. Douglas holds a Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
