Samantha Dobies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and brand communication. Currently serving as Manager of Design & Brand Communication at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., since May 2017, Samantha leads a team in creating effective training solutions and developing comprehensive learning programs. Previous roles at the same company include Assistant Manager of Instructional Design and Senior Instructional Design Analyst, focusing on high-quality training materials and call center operations. Prior to this, Samantha honed leadership skills at Shake Shack in various managerial positions and gained valuable experience in social media and wellness through internships at UAlbany Career Services and the Department of Residential Life.
