Shawn Hester

Shawn Hester has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they served as the Director of Operations at Shane Patrick Associates, Inc. until November 2018. From October 2018 to November 2019, they worked as the Branch Manager at Mark 1 Restoration Service, Inc. In November 2019, they became an Executive General Manager for Consultant, and in 2020, they became the Owner of Mortise and Tenon LLc. In 2021, Shawn took on multiple positions, including Business Owner at Pivot Estimating, Chairman of the Washington Township Planning Board at Washington Township Berks County Pa, and Director of Operations at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE.

Shawn Hester has a degree in Project Management from Villanova University. Shawn also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Aerospace System Technology Community College of the Air Force. Prior to their higher education, Shawn attended Fremont High School. Additionally, they hold various certifications including Fire Smoke certification from IICRC, Certified Healthcare Remediator Supervisor from CICTI, and several Procore certifications in Project Management. Shawn also has certifications in OSHA 30hr and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) from IICRC. Shawn is also listed as having obtained certifications for AMRT and IICRC WTR and IICRC ODER from IICRC.
