Real estate has proven to be the best-performing short-term and long-term investment in modern history, providing returns and appreciating more than any other asset class in the world.

The problem is, the majority of people who want to invest in real estate aren’t able to do so, due to the high initial investment needed for down-payments and the many operational requirements of acquiring, managing and developing a real estate property.

That’s why we created the 1% Club to empower our members build an impressive real estate portfolio, through the community based approach.

We have lowered the barriers to entry, and we have equally made it very easy for an average person, to participate in the most productive wealth-creation process.

Our humble beginnings have already produced some exponential results.

We invite you to join us in writing one of the most beautiful stories on the African continent.

As Africans, it is in our DNA to create wealth together.

We have a history of crowdfunding and crowdsourcing.

Our vision is to create a 1% Club branch in each African country and its diaspora.

We consider the African diaspora to be the African Giant, we need their financial, moral, and intellectual contributions in building the New Africa. That’s why almost half of our members are African residents and working in the diaspora.

This is an opportunity for our African Giants to invest and create wealth back home.

We have made it our mission to empower our members to build wealth through innovative real investing, by providing them with data-informed and technology-led financial solutions.

Let’s create trans-generational wealth together.

Let’s build this legacy together.

Let’s make history together.
