Zachary Bayer

Zachary Bayer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zachary started their career in 2010 as a Manager at Guys Pizza Co., where they were responsible for managing the team and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2011, they became the owner of DTR Apparel LLC, where they successfully ran the business for two years.

In 2014, Zachary joined Fleetmatics (formerly SageQuest) as a Customer Care representative and later advanced to the role of Advanced Support Representative. During their time there, they handled complex issues and served as a subject matter expert for the product.

In 2016, Zachary transitioned to Fleetmatics as a Business Analyst, where they created user stories and facilitated communication between cross-functional development teams.

In 2017, Zachary joined INSIGHT2PROFIT as an Associate Product Manager, gathering user requirements and collaborating with the development team to find solutions that met stakeholder needs.

Finally, in 2019, Zachary joined 1 EDI Source, Inc. A Division of Epicor, starting as a Professional Services Consultant and later being promoted to Project Manager, Professional Services. In this role, they managed software implementation projects, oversaw a team of Technical Consultants, and maintained documentation/reporting/tracking to ensure successful project outcomes.

Throughout their career, Zachary demonstrated strong project management skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Zachary Bayer's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Bowling Green State University. During that time, they studied Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. The following year, from 2009 to 2012, they transferred to Kent State University. There, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
