Previous roles include Executive Searcher at SuccessKorea Consulting from March 2003 to October 2016, specializing in IT and pharmaceutical career consulting, and General Manager at Daewoo Group from February 1995 to December 2002. Johnny Kwon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ajou University and a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Inha University.
