Dorcus Magoba

Dorcus Magoba is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. As the Founder and CEO of Tabita Initiative Africa Limited since March 2024, Dorcus focuses on empowering workplace leaders to excel and drive sustainable growth. Concurrently, since March 2019, Dorcus serves as Training Coordinator at 1 Million Teachers, providing continuous professional development for educators. Previous roles include Branch Manager at Uganda Red Cross Society (March 2018 - March 2019), overseeing branch management and strategy implementation, and Administration Manager at New Vision Printing & Publishing Co. (October 2010 - April 2017), where Dorcus managed administrative operations. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School and ongoing studies toward an MBA in Social Enterprise at Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship.
