Andrew Capranos

Andrew Capranos has extensive work experience in the self-storage industry. Andrew currently holds the position of President - Self Storage at 10 Federal, where they are responsible for leading a high-tech self-storage operator and real estate investment firm. Prior to this role, they worked at Public Storage for several years, initially as a District Manager in Orlando, then as a District Manager in Palm Beach & Treasure Coast, and later as a Senior District Manager. Andrew subsequently served as the Regional Vice President - Interim, providing total region leadership for 72 facilities and 8 District Managers. Before their career in the self-storage industry, Andrew worked at Target as an Executive Team Leader and Campus Liaison in the HR-Talent Acquisition department.

Andrew Capranos completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Louisiana State University in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. In addition to their degrees, Andrew also holds a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate, obtained from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2017.
