Lucas Cogliolo Boccia

Lucas Cogliolo Boccia has a diverse work experience. Lucas began their career in 2015 as a Product Designer at Rocketship, where they were part of a team of Ex-Google and Google-caliber developers and designers who built more than 30 web, mobile, and browser apps that topped +1,000,000 users. In 2018, they joined Massive as a Senior Product and Brand Designer, playing a critical role in the conceptualization of key concepts and designing corporate decks that resulted in more than $13,000. In 2020, Lucas became the Design Director at 10 Grounds, where they built, managed, and led the design department shaping the roadmap, priorities, features, and products for 10+ startups. Additionally, they served as a Product Design Consultant at e-tica, leading the user interface team that designed the flow and visual style of the first-ever Paraguayan 100% Digital bank which reached +100,000 plus daily active users within the first year.

Lucas Cogliolo Boccia attended the Universidad Nacional de Asunción from 2012 to 2017, where they studied Industrial Design. Lucas also holds an Atlassian Jira Fundamentals Badge, which they obtained in May 2022.
