Shad Iqbal

Shad Iqbal is an experienced professional with a background in product design and user experience. Shad is currently working as a Lead Product Designer at 10 Minute School since January 2022. Prior to this, Shad worked as a UX Consultant at a2i from March 2021 to August 2022, where they focused on improving the MuktaPaath ed-tech platform through design thinking and collaboration. Before that, they served as a Lead UX Designer at REVE Systems from February 2020 to January 2022, where they collaborated with various teams to conceptualize and improve products. Shad also has experience as a Lead UX Engineer at Sheba.xyz from July 2019 to March 2020, where they worked on enhancing user experiences and driving business growth. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. UX & UI Engineer at Sheba.xyz from April 2018 to June 2019, and as a UI & UX Designer and Graphic Designer at Softwind Tech from 2015 to 2018. Shad started their career as a Middle School Teacher at West End High School in 2014 and also worked as a Graphic Designer at Bengal IT Solution in 2013.

Shad Iqbal completed their education with a Master's degree in Education and Research from the University of Dhaka in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education and Research from the same university in 2014. In their earlier education, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Al Hera Academy and obtained an SSC and HSC degree in Science. Additionally, Shad has pursued various certifications in UX Design, Project Management, and User Research from recognized institutions such as Coursera, Google, LinkedIn, IDEO.org, and The Interaction Design Foundation, with the most recent certification obtained in 2021.
