Jim Marzullo

Jim Marzullo is the Founding Partner and Principal of 10 West Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate firm offering a range of services including brokerage, development, and property management since February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at GrubHub.com from August 2011 to January 2013, following the acquisition of FanGo, where Jim held the position of CEO. Jim also held various roles in operations and business development at Metromix from September 2007 to February 2011, and worked at Tribune Interactive and the Chicago Tribune from 2003 to 2007 in project management and business systems management roles. Jim’s career began at Greenbrier & Russel as a consultant from 1997 to 2003. Jim holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University.
