100 Coaches Community is an organization that brings together many of the world's leading executive coaches, top business thinkers, and best leaders with the common purpose of improving leadership. 

It all started with an idea: legendary executive coach, Marshall Goldsmith, wanted to pay it forward and give away everything he knew for free. In 2017, Marshall and Scott Osman joined forces to create what is now the 100 Coaches Community. 

We amplify the collective impact of our members who are doing remarkable and varied work to make the world a better place. Together, our goal is to prepare, develop, and energize inspired leaders for the future.
