Monica Rawicz is a Polish-American entrepreneur and the founder of 100 Ninjas, a software development consultancy. Monica has over 25 years of experience in the design industry, having worked as an interactive designer, art director, and graphic designer for various companies. Rawicz began their career as an interior designer before transitioning to advertising and then to web and game design. In 1995, they co-founded SuperStudios, an award-winning interactive design studio. Monica later left SuperStudios to pursue a freelance career, during which they worked with clients such as Microsoft, AOL, and Sony. In 2011, they founded 100Ninjas, which has since become one of the leading software development consultancies in the United States.

Monica Rawicz has a BA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University, an Interactive Telecommunications degree from New York University, and an AA in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
