Jéssica Luz dos Santos has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jéssica currently serves as the Head of Innovation Ecosystems at 100 Open Startups since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Ecossistema at Angel Investor Club from January 2021 onwards. From July 2019 to July 2021, Jéssica worked as a Business Mentor at Aliança Empreendedora. Additionally, they were an Evaluator at Sinapse da Inovação from November 2017 to February 2021. Lastly, Jéssica worked as a Representative at FasterCapital, a venture capital firm, from April 2019 to April 2020.

Jéssica Luz dos Santos has an education history that includes multiple academic pursuits. In 2010, they attended the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina for a brief period, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Physics. However, it appears that they did not continue with this degree program.
