Eric Sanders

Eric Sanders has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming and esports industry. Eric has held various roles in different companies, including being the Director of Talent Strategy at 100 Thieves since August 2022 and the General Manager of LA Thieves since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at OpTic Gaming from September 2019 to November 2020. Eric also worked at 100 Thieves as the Head of Esports Operations from September 2018 to September 2019, where they oversaw day-to-day esports operations and played a key role in building the successful Call of Duty roster. Before joining 100 Thieves, Eric worked at Activision Blizzard and Major League Gaming in roles related to esports coordination and delivering the Call of Duty World League. Eric started their career in the industry as a Quality Assurance staff member at Sledgehammer Games and as a professional player at Curse, Inc., where they competed in major tournaments and collaborated with brands on promoting products through social media.

Eric Sanders attended Temple University's Fox School of Business from 2011 to 2014. During their time at Temple, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Additionally, in July 2013, Eric obtained certifications as an Apple Product Professional and an Apple Sales Professional. The institutions from which these certifications were obtained are not provided.
