Kristen Ferguson

Kristen Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing at Inspire Brands since October 2019, Kristen previously worked as Senior Manager of Employment Brand Marketing at Sonic Drive-In from June 2008 to September 2019, where responsibilities included developing system-wide marketing strategies for 3,600 drive-ins and enhancing the candidate experience. Kristen's earlier roles at Sonic also included Manager of Internal Communication, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Coordinator, where significant contributions were made to internal communications, recruitment tools, and internship program enhancements. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
