Jacob Toft-Andersen is the current VP of Esports at 100 Thieves. Jacob has a long and successful history in the esports industry, having served as the Founding Team Director of Esports at North, a premier esports organization based in Copenhagen, Denmark. At North, Toft-Andersen was responsible for the scouting and recruiting of new players, developing talent, and influencing the political landscape of the industry. Prior to their work at North, Toft-Andersen served as the Manager Esport at FC Schalke 04, where they helped the team to achieve success in multiple esports competitions.

Toft-Andersen began their career in esports as a TV host and commentator for TV 2 DANMARK A/S. Jacob then transitioned into business development at Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH before becoming the General Manager at Evil Geniuses, one of the most successful esports organizations in the world. Under Toft-Andersen's leadership, Evil Geniuses won numerous championships and became one of the most recognizable brands in esports.

Today, Toft-Andersen continues to be a driving force in the growth and development of the esports industry. Their work at 100 Thieves is focused on building a world-class esports organization that can compete at the highest levels of play.
