Bill McDowell

Bill McDowell has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Service Lighting and Electrical since April 2007. Responsibilities include planning, material take-offs, job quotes, construction management, and supervision, along with public relations and employee management. Additionally, Bill McDowell has been involved in McDowell Contracting and Renovations since March 1990. Educationally, Bill McDowell holds a DOT certification in Carpentry from Ashland Vocational Institute, completed between 1985 and 1986.
