Nicla Frustagli

Nicla Frustagli has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicla started their career at Virgin Active as a Gym Assistant in November 2018. Nicla then moved on to Decathlon Italia, where they held various roles from June 2015 to November 2021, including Sport Leader in different departments such as swimming, running, and nutrition. In December 2021, they joined Leroy Merlin as an Allieva Manager in Customer Relations and Service. In February 2021, they also worked as an Istruttore Tecnico at Federazione Italiana di Atletica Leggera. Currently, Nicla is working at 1000Farmacie as a Customer & Partner Success Specialist since July 2022, and they will be starting a new role as a Junior Accountant in May 2023.

Nicla Frustagli completed their education at the Università di Pavia from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Scienze e tecniche dell'attività motoria e preventiva adattata in the field of Scienze Motorie. Prior to that, they attended ITC ITALO CALVINO from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Ragioniere e Perito Commerciale with a focus on Economia aziendale/manageriale.

In addition to their formal education, Nicla Frustagli has also obtained various certifications. Nicla completed a course in Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting and another course in Speaking Confidently and Effectively, both obtained from LinkedIn in May 2022. Nicla also completed a Corso di Public Speaking from blackship in October 2021. In terms of language certifications, they obtained the PET certification from the British Council in June 2013 and completed an English language course at the European School of English in March 2008.
