Cath Jeffries

Cath Jeffries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various companies within the marketing and communications sector. Currently serving as a Living Experience Volunteer for Bowel Cancer UK since May 2025, Cath has been the Group Strategy Director at 1000heads since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing strategy and paid media functions and overseeing the creation of quarterly trend presentations. Previous experience includes serving as Acting Director of Global Social at Ancestry, leading social strategy during a maternity cover, and working as Client Partner at One Green Bean, Head of Digital at Edelman for Unilever, and Group Account Director at We Are Social.
