Nabila Kheroua

Nabila Kheroua possesses extensive experience in the housing and social services sector, currently serving as the Responsable du Service Commercialisation at 1001 Vies Habitat since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of ten and overseeing the commercialization of over 24,000 housing units in various departments. Prior to this role, Nabila Kheroua was the Cheffe du Service Municipal du Logement for the Ville de Saint-Denis, focusing on social housing management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Nabila Kheroua’s career also includes positions at CDC Habitat, Immobilière 3F, and Logement Francais, with a strong foundation in property management and recovery services. Nabila Kheroua is currently pursuing a Master 2 in Droit Immobilier at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, building on a solid educational background in real estate and law.
