Varun Naik

Varun Naik is a seasoned technology manager and senior fullstack software engineer with extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and automation. Currently employed at Bitwise Inc since April 2024 and at 100Plus since July 2022, Varun has led significant initiatives such as the design and implementation of a Virtual Medical Assistant and the automation of client operations. Prior to this, Varun held senior software engineering roles at Kroger and Walgreens Boots Alliance, successfully modernizing applications, optimizing processes, and driving migrations to new technologies. Varun’s career also includes critical contributions at Global Payments Inc. and earlier roles at Bitwise Inc., demonstrating a strong focus on data integration and engineering solutions throughout a robust technical journey, which began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
