Prashanth Aditya Susarla currently serves as Co-Founder and CTO of 101 GenAI since August 2023, and has been an External Advisor with Bain & Company since January 2021, focusing on digital transformation and fintech in the APAC region. Prior experience includes roles as a Fractional CTO for various startups and non-digital native businesses, and Technopreneur in Residence at ARTPARK. Prashanth has held significant positions in the tech industry, including CTO and SVP at PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd., where contributions led to substantial growth and technological advancements, and as CTO at Unilodgers, a leading student accommodation aggregator. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Indian School of Business, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
