Rodolfo Elias

Rodolfo Elias has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Rodolfo began their career as a Server at Buca di Beppo in 2003. In 2009, they moved to Verizon, where they worked as a DSL Level 2 Tech Support Specialist, providing technical support over the phone and repairing DSL internet connections. In 2011, they joined 101domain.com as the Director of Information Technology and Hosting Services Manager, managing hosting services and infrastructure, documenting and training support staff, and establishing relationships with registries and providers.
