Jacob Driver

Jacob Driver has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jacob currently holds the position of Vice President of Investment at 1031 Capital Solutions, where they use their financial expertise and strategic acumen to navigate property evaluation, capital allocation, and risk management. Prior to this, Jacob worked as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Compass and an Accounts Controller at Driver Investments, where they identified profitable real estate and managed financial aspects of properties. Additionally, they served as a Freshman Football Defensive Coordinator at La Costa Canyon High School, where they developed leadership skills and effective communication techniques. Jacob also held roles as an Associate Broker at Pacific Sotheby's International Realty and a Licensed Realtor at RE/MAX, gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry. Furthermore, they worked as an Intern at Wells Fargo Advisors, where they gained knowledge in investment research and client management. Jacob also served as a Sales and Account Manager at Makai Surf and Rescue, where they successfully managed financial accounts and increased sales.

Jacob Driver earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from San Diego State University-California State University between 2009 and 2014. Jacob also holds additional certifications, including Series 7 and Series 63 from FINRA, obtained in 2023, as well as a Real Estate Affiliate Broker certification from the California Department of Real Estate, obtained in 2016.
