Cait Fling

Cait Fling currently serves as a Human Resources Relationship Manager and also holds the title of Executive Assistant/Project Manager at 1031 CORP, starting in September 2021. Since June 2011, Cait has been a Child Life Specialist-Per Diem at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, utilizing psychosocial and developmental theories to support hospitalized children and their families. Previous experience includes a Child Life Internship at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in late 2010 and a series of leadership roles at Fernley & Fernley from July 2007 to August 2010, including Executive Director, Associate Director, and Administrative Director for a non-profit trade association. Cait Fling earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Penn State University.
