Rich is a practicing attorney in Media with an extensive practice in real estate and was formerly president of R.E.I. Consultants, Ltd., a 1031 qualified intermediary company. He serves as an instructor and lecturer on real estate topics throughout the country. He is a past chair of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He was Resource Counsel to the Standard Forms Committee of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He is a member and former vice-chair of the American Bar Association Purchase and Sale of Residential Real Estate Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and a member of the ABA’s Section of Taxation, Committee on Sales, Exchange, and Basis. Rich serves as an advisor to the Joint State Government Commission (Real Estate Tax Force) of the Pennsylvania General Assembly and is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science Tax program at Philadelphia University.

He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Delaware County Bar Associations. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2004 through 2011, in the field of real estate. Rich received his B.S. from West Chester University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
