Despina Zanganas RGD is an accomplished creative professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in design, marketing, and event management. As the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Chromatica Creative since 2003, Despina leads the design and execution of websites while focusing on strategic creative development for clients. Co-founding Lean In Canada in 2014, Despina has played a vital role in growing the organization to over 8,000 members, leading events, branding initiatives, and establishing a board of directors. In addition, Despina serves as a speaker, networking expert, and podcast host, empowering women through consulting and coaching. As a Co-Founder and Creative Director at 108 ideaspace, Despina contributed to the agency's growth into a seven-figure business. Previous roles as a Creative Director at Sapiens, Internet Marketing Associates, and Passport New Media highlight a robust background in design and project management. Despina holds a degree in Graphic Design from George Brown College and is a licensed real estate representative through the Ontario Real Estate Association.
