Agnieszka Zygmunt

Agnieszka Zygmunt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in UX research and design. Currently serving as the Head of CX & Business Strategy at 10Clouds Financial Institutions since November 2024, Agnieszka previously held the position of Lead UX Researcher at 10Clouds from January 2022 to November 2024. As an independent consultant since February 2018, Agnieszka has provided educational support and mentorship in UX across Poland and the UK. Earlier roles included being a Lean UX Researcher and an Industrial Designer, contributing to various projects in design and strategic research. Agnieszka holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Jana Matejki w Krakowie.
