Lang Tran

Lang Tran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2004, Lang began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Mervyns, where they managed retail operations and merchandising. They then worked at Signorelli, Inc. as a Production/Operations Manager, overseeing garment production and helping scale the business.

In 2012, Lang joined Rachel Pally Inc. and held various roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of Sales Operations and Strategy. They were responsible for managing production and shipping teams, driving process improvements, and overseeing sales operations. Additionally, they worked closely with the President/CEO on strategic opportunities and managed overall profit and loss for the business.

Lang's entrepreneurial journey began in 2020 when they co-founded Our Little Stand, a pop-up shop focusing on plants and artisan-made treasures. They later founded Two Sisters' Heirlooms, a sustainable fashion brand that upcycles second-hand items and collaborates with artists. Currently, Lang is the Director of Brand Partnerships at 10K Advertising and the Founder & Owner of In a Field of Dreams.

Throughout their career, Lang has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, operations, and sustainability.

Lang Tran attended UC Irvine from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Social Science with an emphasis in Community Service. Lang'sfield of study focused on Development Economics and International Development.
