Fariha Tariq

Fariha Tariq is an accomplished software services expert currently serving as the Director of Software Services at 10Pearls since April 2024. Previously, Fariha held the position of Head of the Project Management Office at TenX from November 2022 to April 2024, leading project management initiatives in Pakistan's prominent AI/ML consulting firm. Fariha’s extensive career at IBM spanned from February 2006 to October 2022, where significant roles included Senior Delivery Manager, focusing on people management, continuous improvements, and leadership development within the global PM community. Earlier experience includes positions at Teradata-Pakistan and Allianz-Canada as a Global Technical Consulting Architect. Fariha holds an MSc in Computer Sciences from Quaid-e-Azam University, received in April 1994.
