Keith Houchin, AIA, NCARB, serves as an Associate Principal at 10 Design, previously holding the role of Design Leader and Operations Director at SB Architects. With a strong background in architecture and design management, Houchin has advanced through various leadership positions, gaining operational oversight of SB Architects' San Francisco Studio during its merger with 10 Design. Co-founding the London office of SB Architects and significantly expanding its staff, Houchin also served as Senior Design Lead for major hospitality, mixed-use, and residential projects, contributing to notable developments such as the Zaria Grand Hyatt and Pendry Park City. Prior experience includes lead designer positions at WATG and Wimberly Interiors, along with design roles at Harris Architecture and Design, Isaman Design, and Above Grade Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Architectural Management and Design from IE Business School.
